Our XC-540 creates full color CYMKlmlc prints. CMYKlmlc has an advantage over standard CMYK as more vibrant and rich colors are available at up to 1440x1440 dpi. No plates or screens are needed so this is an excellent method for small runs or high detail prints such as photographs. Prints with this device have a 2-3 year out door life and when laminated up to 8 years. Banners are often printed directly on to the material with this device. We do many of our projects with this output device in mind.

We stock the full 3M/Gerber color catalog in 15 inch tractor feed, and have many popular colors in 24 inch and 48 inch. Cut vinyl is ideal for applications with simple 1 or 2 color vector-based designs. Car decals, some wall graphics, window and door lettering, yearly event banners, and logo decals for product branding can be excellent uses for cut vinyl decals. Pigmented vinyl has up to a 10 year outdoor life, though it is not unheard of for certain colors and applications to last 15-20.

The EDGE is a thermal foil output device. This device applies the foil to vinyls (including clear), color by color. This is ideal for applications where the design is too small and intricate to cut, and special effects such as metallic or chrome, are required. Many very small decals we print on clear are made on the EDGE because most of the foils are opaque.

We use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Gerber Composer to design and output our products. We have experience importing from Corel Draw, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Freehand, and many, many others.
